Our people work together to create a world where all kinds of children and young people have all kinds of opportunities.
Our executive leadership team
Our executive leadership team is responsible for implementing the charity’s mission to create life-changing opportunities for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities. Together, they bring senior level expertise across services, operations and policy advocacy and a determination to do their best for every child, young person and family.
Our Trustees work with our executive leadership team to ensure Kids fulfils its objectives. They provide vision, direction and oversight.
Over half the Trustees of Kids bring lived experience, including as parents or siblings of disabled children and young people, as well as a range of professional skills including HR, finance, safeguarding, law and governance, and experience from charitable, public and private sectors.
Thank you to our team of amazing patrons!
