About Rob

Rob is Chief Marketing Intelligence & Transformation Officer at MG OMD, where he leads teams spanning analytics, insight, effectiveness, technology and business transformation. He has spent more than twenty years helping organisations understand complex challenges, connect different perspectives and make better decisions.

His career has included leadership roles across agency, consultancy and client-side organisations, including Sky and Omnicom Media Group. Much of his work focuses on how organisations can use data, technology and evidence to create long-term value, while ensuring systems are designed around the people they serve rather than the structures they create.

Rob has a particular interest in disability inclusion, neurodiversity and the role organisations play in creating opportunities for people to contribute and thrive. Having been diagnosed with ADHD later in life, he is passionate about ensuring that difference is not mistaken for deficit and that people are given the support they need to reach their potential.

Rob was drawn to Kids because of its commitment to helping disabled children, young people and their families overcome barriers and access opportunities that many of us take for granted. He believes that when people are given the right support, the benefits extend far beyond the individual, strengthening families, communities and ultimately the social and economic resilience of the country as a whole.

He is proud to join the Board of Trustees and contribute to the charity’s future ambitions.
