Sam Bowerman

About Sam

Sam has been a Trustee of the charity for eight years and served as Vice Chair for the past two. She also chairs the People, Governance and Culture Committee, drawing on her extensive career in HR to help ensure the charity is well-run and focused on supporting disabled children, young adults and their families.

Sam is the Chief People Officer at United Trust Bank. Before joining UTB, she spent more than 20 years at NatWest Group, most recently as People Director for Retail and Wealth.

She lives in Kent with her husband, Andy, and their two daughters. Outside of work, Sam enjoys Pilates, travelling and musical theatre.
