What is this workshop about?

Develop practical strategies to support your unique needs. Foster a sense of community and understanding within the naval family while learning how to support your own unique needs as a neurodivergent young person aged 13-18.

Delivered by Family Intervention Practitioners with lived experience as navy spouses and navy life, and a young person who has lived experience of being neurodivergent.

This workshop is only available to young people connected to the Royal Navy or Royal Marines.
