What is this workshop about?

This workshop is designed for naval and marine parent/carers of neurodivergent children to help them better understand how autism may present differently in girls.

It explores the concept of masking and how this can affect emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and identity. With a focus on practical strategies and supportive tools, the session offers guidance on recognising masking and supporting autistic girls in more compassionate, effective ways.
