What is this session about?
Croydon SENDIAS offers independent, impartial, confidential, and free-of- charge legal advice and support for young people (YP) and families of children and YP with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND). If you need legal advice, support, or assistance with any of the following, we are here to help:
- Requesting an EHC needs assessment
- Understanding the EHCP process
- Understanding the Annual Review process
- Appealing Local Authority decisions
- Preparing for or attending discussions and meetings with the school or Local Authority regarding SEND matters.
