What are coffee chat sessions about?

Coffee and Connect is a welcoming drop-in session where parents and carers can come together, chat with others, share experiences and access specialist support in an informal and supportive environment.

These sessions offer a space to talk through challenges, ask questions and connect with others who understand the unique experiences of parenting or caring for a neurodivergent child or young person.

Our child-centred approach focuses on emotional wellbeing, understanding individual needs and developing practical strategies that work for each family. We aim to help parents and carers feel heard, reassured and empowered as they navigate their own journey.
