We offer specialist support to children and young people aged 5-18 who have autism and/or ADHD. Alongside this, we provide guidance and practical help for their parents and carers. Our holistic, child-centred approach focuses on emotional wellbeing, understanding individual needs and developing practical support strategies. We aim to help families feel understood, reassured and empowered as they navigate their own unique journey.

Our team combines professional expertise with lived experience to support families on their journey before or after diagnosis. The programmes we offer cover a range of different areas and run for around 6-12 weeks.
Our sleep programme begins with a workshop that explores the value of good quality sleep and sleep science. This includes how to identify possible sleep triggers for young people with SEND, examining how the sensory system, diet, environment, medical conditions, and anxiety can all impact sleep. If further support is needed, we can offer additional telephone sessions to talk about your child’s individual sleep needs.
Developed by a qualified occupational therapist, this programme allows you to learn more about supporting sensory integration. Both children & young people and parents/carers can access this.
This programme is designed to help your child recognise, understand, and confidently talk about their emotions. Held within a safe, nurturing environment, the sessions will guide them in understanding how to communicate with others as well as building on their unique personal strengths. Your child will gain practical, real-life tools to navigate everyday situations, from making friends to managing worries.
This is a fun and structured approach that uses LEGO-based activities to help children develop social communication skills. Working in a small group, your child will take on different roles such as builder, supplier and engineer, encouraging them to communicate, listen, take turns, problem-solve and work as part of a team. It supports in building confidence and developing skills that can be used in everyday situations.
This is a gentle, child-centred approach that uses drawing to help children explore their feelings, thoughts and experiences. In a supportive environment, your child will draw freely while talking to a trained practitioner in a way that feels natural and comfortable for them. The approach can help them process difficult emotions or experiences, develop emotional resilience and feel more confident in expressing themselves.
