Our service

We offer specialist support to children and young people aged 5-18 who have autism and/or ADHD. Alongside this, we provide guidance and practical help for their parents and carers. Our holistic, child-centred approach focuses on emotional wellbeing, understanding individual needs and developing practical support strategies. We aim to help families feel understood, reassured and empowered as they navigate their own unique journey.

Who's it for?

Children and young people aged 5-18 in Suffolk. They must either: – have an autism and/or ADHD diagnosis – have had a referral for diagnosis accepted and are currently waiting for this to take place.

About this service

Our team combines professional expertise with lived experience to support families on their journey before or after diagnosis. The programmes we offer cover a range of different areas and run for around 6-12 weeks.

A structured pathway of sessions run by our highly experienced sleep practitioner following a comprehensive sleep assessment. This offer is just for parent/carers.

Developed by a qualified occupational therapist, this programme allows you to learn more about supporting sensory integration. Both children & young people and parents/carers can access this.

A course that helps you develop practical strategies to support your unique needs. We have two separate versions for children & young people aged 11+ and parents/carers.

An evidence-based approach that uses LEGO® activities within a small group to develop social communication skills. This is for children aged 5-11 only.

A therapeutic intervention that supports the processing of trauma in a way that feels safe and non-intrusive. This offer is just for children and young people.

This individualised coaching is led by the child/young person and can cover a range any of a wide range of topics. Sessions are for children and young people only.
