About this holiday home
Our holiday home is here to give children, young people, and their families a well-deserved break, all together. Nestled just outside the charming village of Broadway, it’s the perfect spot to unwind in the serene beauty of the Cotswolds.
Our caravan is a modern, fully-accessible gem that’s both spacious and cosy (measuring 34′ by 12′). It can comfortably host up to six people and is beautifully decorated throughout – truly a home away from home!
Outside, you’ll have private parking for one car (there’s additional free parking on-site for extra cars or larger vehicles), as well as an outdoor table and chairs. Watch the resident ducks as they paddle along the stream which runs near to the picnic benches and comfortable basket chairs situated on the decking area!
To top it off we’re pet-friendly. Our Kids Accessible Caravan is surrounded by acres of stunning countryside, making it the perfect spot for long walks with your four-legged friend. If you’d like to bring your dog along, just let us know when you book. You can bring a maximum of two dogs during your stay, and there’s an additional charge of £20 per dog. Registered assistance dogs are exempt from these additional charges.

- A master bedroom with two single beds that can be transformed into a double bed.
- A second bedroom with twin beds.
- A kitchen equipped with a full-sized oven & hob, larder fridge with a small freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, cafetiere, utensils, cutlery, crockery, and glassware.
- A dining area complete with a table, two chairs, and a kitchen sofa.
- A lounge featuring a u-shaped seating area, flat-screen TV with Freeview, DVD player, a music centre, and a 3/4 pull-out sofa bed.
- The bathroom is an accessible wet room.
- Travel hair dryer, iron/ironing board, clothes horse, play yard/portable crib, books, some family favourites on DVD, and games are all provided.

Our holiday caravan is perfectly located on the edge of Broadway, one of the most picturesque villages in the Cotswolds. There’s so much to see and do for families, couples, or friends:

- Browse local shops selling antiques, flowers, fashion, crafts, gifts, and jewellery
When it comes to dining, you’re spoilt for choice. From gastro pubs and high-end restaurants to cosy tea rooms, cafes, and country inns, there’s something to suit every taste.
And beyond the village, you’ll find some of England’s most stunning scenery and historic sites just a few miles away – perfect for walks, picnics, and exploring the beautiful Cotswolds countryside.
