About Elizabeth
Elizabeth is an experienced education leader with a strong commitment to inclusion, lifelong learning, and improving outcomes for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities. She is currently Director of Learning Development and Head of SEND, where she leads the strategic development of inclusive practice, specialist provision, and staff training.
Elizabeth holds a Master’s degree in Education and is a qualified psychometric assessor, bringing a rigorous, evidence‑informed approach to assessment, learning development, and whole‑school strategy. Her work is grounded in the belief that every learner deserves equitable access to high‑quality education and personalised support – a principle that guides both her professional practice and voluntary commitments.
Alongside her school‑based leadership, she works actively with several community charities. She is passionate about strengthening community partnerships, shaping responsive support systems, and advocating for families navigating complex educational pathways. Elizabeth brings a strong desire to create meaningful, sustainable change for children, young people, and their families.
