New Kids Cayton Bay holiday homes now open

Set within the beautiful Cayton Bay Holiday Park on the Yorkshire coast, these holiday homes are the perfect place for the families we support to take a break together and make special memories.

Activities for the whole family

Cayton Bay is a brilliant base for family adventures and just 10 minutes from Scarborough. With so much to see and do both on and off the park, every day can be as relaxed or action-packed as you choose.

Our holiday homes are just a short walk from the park’s facilities. Families can enjoy an indoor heated swimming pool, a sports dome, soft play, arcades, and mini golf, along with exciting activities like high ropes, a bungee trampoline, and VR experiences. There’s also a showbar for evening entertainment, plus street food, a Boathouse bar and restaurant, and plenty of open spaces for play and fresh air.

A closer look at our holiday homes

Inside the holiday homes, everything has been designed with the families we support in mind to help you feel at home from the moment you arrive. There are two spacious holiday homes:

• 3-bedroom Victory Willow, ideal for larger families or groups
• 2-bedroom ABI Derwent, which is fully wheelchair accessible and designed to support families who need step-free access.

Both homes are fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including sensory toys, projectors and equipment, board games, and children’s bikes.
