Terms and conditions

By completing this form, I confirm that I agree to the following declaration:

• I commit to raising at least 50% of my £2,500 fundraising target by 31st January.
• I understand that the registration fee of £100 is a non-refundable and payment is due 7 days after receiving confirmation of your charity place.
• I confirm that I am 18 years or over.
• I commit to informing Kids as soon as possible if I am unable to take part in London Marathon due to injury or illness.
• I am aware that I am only able to defer my charity place in the London Marathon once before my place is cancelled. After that, I would need to re-apply for my place, re-pay my registration fee and re-start my fundraising.
• Kids reserves the right to use any image of me on the day for future marketing for the event across Kids’ website, social media platforms and other marketing channels, unless I request otherwise.
• You agree to us contacting you about this event and other Kids fundraising events and activities.
