His career has spanned real estate investment management, credit, private equity, and complex public‑private regeneration projects. Jamie has previously held global roles at funds and public companies, including CFO positions at U+I plc, Round Hill Capital, and CBRE.

At John Laing, Jamie plays a central role in shaping the company’s strategy, ensuring disciplined, long‑term investment and capital deployment. He oversees the group’s financial strategy, performance, and investment pacing – guiding deployment and portfolio balance with increasing emphasis on scaling into larger brownfield and greenfield opportunities. His leadership emphasises new finance technologies and efficiencies across the entire business as well as rigorous infrastructure valuations, capital agility, and growth, ensuring the business maintains its focus on whole‑life value creation and it’s long-term strategic vision.
