What is this session about?

In this workshop we will look at anxiety and discover what it is and how it affects us and your child. We will find ways to work out when they are beginning to feel anxious. We will also consider what to do when they are feeling anxious and how you can help to stop the build-up of anxiety.

This workshop is for parents or any adult who has a caring responsibility for the young person. It is not appropriate for children and young people.
