Launchpad gives young adults a chance to spread their wings, whilst helping ease the load on parents and guardians. We offer the opportunity for young people to dive into new interests and nurture their independence through tailored support to fit the unique needs of each young person and family.

About this service
Our fun filled sessions are carefully designed with input from families and the young people themselves, ensuring that every child and young person’s unique needs are met. They help individuals develop essential life skills, fostering greater self-reliance. And they’re a gateway to fresh experiences, new friendships, and vibrant memories.
Kids professionals take our young people out for some fun— whether it’s a trip to the cinema, bowling alley, or a splash at the local swimming pool. They have a joyful experience with a peer group where they can socialise and make friends, and it gives you as a family a break from caregiving duties.
Our team is made up of skilled professionals, from buddies and key workers to mentors, support workers, and specialised caregivers. Their expertise ensures that everyone’s needs are met with care and precision.
All support through Launchpad service is out in the community or in our Independence room site in Bracknell
