About Luciana
Luciana is an operations and service delivery leader with experience across technology and the charity sector. Her work focuses on designing and delivering services that better support children, young people, and families navigating complex challenges.
She began her career at Amazon, working across project management and business development, before moving into early-stage ventures. She is currently part of the team at Empathy, where she supports individuals and families through bereavement and life transitions, while contributing to the development of care delivery and operations in the UK.
Luciana also played a key role in the development and delivery of the product at Assembly, overseeing operations and partnerships to build accessible, early support for neurodiverse children and their families.
Alongside her professional work, she holds a Master’s degree in Psychodynamics of Human Development and has extensive experience working directly with children and families across educational and community settings.
Luciana is particularly interested in how systems of care are designed and delivered in practice, and is passionate about improving access to timely, person-centred support for families, particularly through the use of technology to scale and enable access.
