What is this workshop about?
A six-week workshop series aimed at parents of neurodivergent children within the naval community. It focuses on empowering you to understand yourself better, and think about your strengths, values and triggers as a parent of a SEND child, as well as helping you to develop longer term strategies of support and self care.
The workshops also provide a sense of community and understanding of the specific challenges military life presents.

This workshop is only available to families from the Royal Navy or Royal Marines.
