Our Resilience Workshop is designed to help parents and carers find practical ways to care for their own wellbeing while supporting their child with SEND.
You’ll discover how to build emotional strength, manage stress, and create space for your own needs alongside your child’s.
Led by experienced practitioners with lived experience, this workshop offers a safe, supportive space to reflect, share experiences, and leave feeling more equipped to navigate everyday challenges.
