About Nilam
Nilam is the Director of Finance at the Selfridges Group and has been with the business for 10 years. She is a statutory board director and is a member of the Executive Committee, Audit Committee and Group Risk Committee. Nilam’s responsibilities include financial management of the Group which covers budgeting, forecasting, regulatory and tax compliance and treasury, leading a team of finance professionals and managing key internal and external stakeholder relationships. Nilam is passionate about sustainability and diversity, equity and inclusion, and supports the Group’s ambitions on these matters.
Prior to this Nilam worked at EY gaining experience in tax and audit. She graduated in Economics and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
Nilam is married to Harj and has two children Arjun and Isla. In her downtime she enjoys reformer pilates, and reading.
