The role: Young People’s Service evaluation Project Manager

We are seeking a self-motivated colleague able to work on their own initiative, to develop and deliver a thorough review of the young people’s transition services offered by KIDS. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to work with young people in the design of audit and assessment processes, be able to work positively with colleagues across the organisation to find and share examples of best practice, and will be able to produce regular concise and informative reports on their work, demonstrating progress against key performance indicators.

Reporting to the Head of Young People’s Strategy, the role will be key in helping develop further the ground breaking work undertaken by KIDS with young people; producing recommendations and resources for our staff teams and ensuring assessments of our work can withstand rigorous enquiry.

For internal candidates only: If you wish to discuss potential flexibility to the role, such as office location or number of hours required, please feel free to contact Paul Crawte. A secondment opportunity may be available – we suggest you discuss with your line manager in the first instance.
