KIDS is delighted to announce that we have been commissioned by Warwickshire County Council to deliver Special Education and Disability Information, Advice and Support Service  (SENDIAS) for disabled children, young people and  their  families in Warwickshire.

KIDS has been delivering services to children, young people and families since 1970. Our vision is a world in which all disabled children and young people realise their aspirations. KIDS is founded on the principle of working in partnership with families, and families are represented on our board of Trustees, Senior Management Team and across all our operational teams. We deliver a wide range of community based services across the Midlands. These include: short breaks, early years nursery, independent support, youth groups, after school groups, information, advice and mediation.

From the 1st August, KIDS will take over the running of the current SENDIASS, building on the excellent work done by Family Action. We will continuing to work with families, young people, schools, colleges and other organisations to offer Special Education and Disability information, advice and support.

We will be working closely with existing staff to ensure a smooth handover with no disruption to service.
