Hours: 10 per week

Salary: £20,598 FTE (£5,721 pro rata)

Role Description:

KIDS are looking for an enthusiastic and committed person to lead on the promotion, planning, delivery and evaluation of our KITES transitions groups for young people with disabilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

 Promoting, planning, delivering and evaluating weekly groups to ensure they reflect the needs and interests of the young people who attend.

  • encouraging young people to be autonomous, gain independence, self-confidence and maximizing opportunities to reach their full potential
  • responsible for developing strong working relationships with partner organisations
  • accountable operationally on a day to day basis and taking initiative in own area of work
  • sharing good practice with staff and volunteers.
