Full Time Equivalent (FTE) salary: Grade 4, £27,085 per annum

Hours per week: Full time, permanent, 36 hours per week
Location: Richmond and Kingston

The role:

Managing a caseload you will  provide high quality information, advice and support to children and young people in Richmond and Kingston with SEND aged 0-25 years and their parents and carers in line with the Code of Practice and national and local standards. The service offers support at school meetings, including Education, Health and Care Plan discussions and annual reviews, and can signpost to services offering advice on mediation, appeals and tribunals.

You will work one 2 one and with groups in a variety of community settings.

You will be part of an experienced local team providing impartial, confidential advice and support. You will help with writing letters and completing forms, and assistance with discussions and meetings with schools, SEND professionals involved with your child.

As the coordinator you will manage SENDIASS workers and Independent Supporters as well as a part time Benefits Advisor.

The service is delivered across two office locations: TW9 and KT9.
