"This service was life changing it helped me regain my health, repair my family and build a good foundation for Joseph's life - a good quality of life for him with good opportunities to grow and develop as a well balanced and educated child."

KIDS is bidding for some funding from the Tesco Bags of Help initiative.

Tesco teamed up with Groundwork to launch its community funding scheme, which sees grants of £4,000, £2,000 and £1,000 awarded to local community projects.

KIDS has been shortlisted as one of the projects to receive a grant.

Why you should vote

KIDS Camden Short Breaks is simply a weekly outing for a disabled child, where they are accompanied and looked after by their KIDS worker, and are able to partake in activities of their choosing with their worker's support.

Funding would go towards organising four exciting group activities and trips for the children and young people that attend our short breaks.
