A monthly group for young people aged 13-25 living in London and consider themselves disabled or to have a mental health issue.

We can also be commissioned to deliver 1:1 sessions with young people, deliver sessions to young people in schools and train staff in working with young people on relationships and sexuality issues. The groups also go out on planned outings.

This service offers:

Young person-led relationships and sexuality resources
This is a safe place for young people to discuss any aspect of relationships, sex and sexuality. The young people have the opportunity to learn at their own pace. This service empowers young disabled people to have knowledge around relationships and sexuality issues. For young people, it ensures that they have increased confidence and are able to make informed choices.
