There are very few causes where disabled children are encouraged to aim higher and fulfil their potential, parents are involved at every stage of their child’s development and siblings, who are often young carers themselves, are also supported. Providing these services can only be done through our various centres and to maintain these we rely on our supporters to get involved. If you help in any of the ways below, we would love to hear from you:
Does your company have a Charity of the Year or a charity partnership scheme? Could you nominate KIDS? This is a great opportunity for your whole company to work together to support the work KIDS does.
Volunteering can provide a great ways to boost morale, help teams bond and can aid personal development. We have a range of ways for staff to support us and our corporate volunteering activities are tailored depending on the number of people, their skill set, the time of year and the needs within KIDS. To find out more about our volunteering opportunities, download our volunteering pack here or email Michael - Michael.Koudounas@kids.org.uk

Every year KIDS celebrates the amazing achievements of the children and families we support. We do this at our annual gala. In 2015, we will also be running the KIDS Space Hopper Challenge to break the Guinness World record for the most people on a space hopper in a race. Join us

Many companies have programs through which they will "match" the charitable contributions made by their employees. Through corporate gift matching, you can make your fundraising efforts go further.
Payroll Giving is a way for your employees to make regular and one-off payments to charity directly from their pay. Payments that your employees make through a Payroll Giving Scheme are deducted from their pay before tax is deducted. This means that employees are given tax relief on their donation immediately - and at their highest rate of tax. For example, if you want to give a regular gift of £10, only £8 will be deducted from your salary each month.
Giving through your pay also means that we are receiving a regular gift which allows us to plan our work most effectively, to ensure we help as many children and their families as possible.
It’s very easy. Simply complete the online form and this comes through to us. We will notify your payroll department that you would like to set up a regular donation to us in this way.
