KIDS Regional Fundraising Opportunities Summer 2016

KIDS is a national charity, founded over 45 years ago and we provide a wide range of support services to disabled children, young people and their families. We support children with any disability or impairment from birth to 25 years of age. We offer our support to the whole family with the aim of giving disabled children a brighter future. We support over 11,000 children each year but we know there’s much more to do and we need to raise more voluntary income.

We are recruiting for three important posts as we plan to significantly grow our income: 


1. Senior Fundraiser

FTE Salary:
Grade 4, £26,214-£29,022
Hours of work:
Full time, 36 hours per week, permanent
Location: Bristol or Bracknell office, South East
Based in the South with one Fundraiser reporting in. For this role you will need the experience to be able to create and deliver a regional fundraising programme and you will need proven management experience. You will be based either in our Bristol or Bracknell office and there’s opportunity for some home working.

2. Regional Fundraiser (London)

FTE Salary:
Grade 4, £27,085-£29,391 (includes London Weighting­)
Hours of work: Full time, 36 hours per week, permanentLocation: Islington, London

With at least a year’s fundraising experience under your belt you will play a leading role in implementing a fundraising programme in London including community and corporate activity in support of our London based projects.

3. Regional Fundraiser

FTE Salary:
Grade 4, £23,908-£26,214
Hours of work: Full time, 36 hours per week, permanentLocation: Wylde Green, West Midlands

You will need at least a year’s fundraising experience and a self-starting approach to implement a community fundraising programme in the Central Region. Based in Wylde Green, Birmingham and with the opportunity for some home working you will spearhead local income generation opportunities around our many Midlands projects.

These are exciting roles which will add to our existing regional roles in Hull, Lincolnshire and Fareham and which will benefit from working collaboratively with our central fundraising team based at Angel, London.

Applicants are welcomed from those with charity experience either at a local or national level although applicants with relevant, transferable skills will be considered provided their suitability is clearly demonstrated at application.  All three roles are full time and permanent positions.  For the right candidates, flexible working will be considered.
