Senior Practitioner- Overnight Short Breaks Worker

Grade 5, FTE Salary £19993, 156 hours per month (shift work)

The Position

KIDS House is seeking to recruit enthusiastic, highly motivated, dedicated and hard working member to join its team based in our purpose built residential house in Fareham. You will work with young people and their families providing a warm accepting environment where the physical, emotional, health, social, educational, communication, cultural and spiritual needs of young people can be met.

 

As the Senior Practitioner you will work with the young people and their families as well as completing tasks associated with project administration and will organise and run the residential respite house in the absence on the Project Manager.

 

The successful candidate will have:

·        A minimum of NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent

·        Experience in working with children/young people with a diverse range of disabilities

·         Supervisory experience
