Charity Shops
Donating and Recycling
KIDS Strut is supported in its fundraising efforts by seven charity retail outlets. These shops provide a source of income which enable the charity to continue to provide a high quality service to local disabled children, young people and their families.
You can donate directly to any of our shops or call us on 01522 527 292 to arrange a collection of items. Items that are required for the shops are: furniture, household goods, books, clothes, bric a brac, etc.
We offer a free collection service and can also deliver for a small fee.
Why not add Gift Aid to your donation and make the most of your gift to us? Gift Aid is a government-backed opportunity for charities to claim an extra 28% on donations made; in this case, on the purchase price of your donated item, at no cost to you! If you would like to donate with gift aid you will be asked to fill in a simple form which will be kept securely by us at our head office. To meet the government requirements, we will need to ask for your name and address details and confirm that you are a UK tax payer.
