Our Services
KIDS South West is dedicated to helping disabled children and young people develop their skills and abilities and to realise their potential.
KIDS works in close partnership with parents, carers and children aged between 0 – 18. We provide an extensive range of services and projects to families who live in the South Gloucestershire area, North of Bristol.
Some of the services and projects we provide are:
- Inclusion
- Support in the Home
- Time for You
- Youth Work - Consultation Project
- Transitions
Who can use KIDS Services?
The service is provided for disabled children up to the age of 18 who live in South Gloucestershire.
All children are identified and assessed to use these services by South Gloucestershire Social Services Child Health and Disability Team (CHAD). KIDS services are free of charge.
