Camden Keyworking
This service operates in the London Borough of Camden. The Keyworker works in partnership with parents to oversee and coordinate the delivery services for Disabled children with complex needs. To provide families with a single point of contact for information, advice, emotional and practical support.
Opening Times: Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.00
How to Refer:
Referals can be made through Camden’s Integrated Services for Disabled Children Team (MOSAIC)
