Camden Short Breaks
We provide a range of short breaks for families with disabled children, aged 0-13, living in the London Borough of Camden. These breaks can take place both in or outside the home.
Each family is allocated a short break practitioner who will provide 2.5 hours of respite per week. Our workers will work closely in partnership with parents and focus on the individual needs and wishes of the child.
The service is regularly reviewed and closely monitored by the service manager.
Opening Times: 09.00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday
Cost of Service: This service is free.

All referrals need to come through the Disabled Children's Team at Camden Social Services at http://www.camden.gov.uk/.
