Aldenham Playground (Hertfordshire)

The playground is a new, purpose-built environment that offers opportunities for adventure play for disabled children and young people aged 5 to 19 years old.

The playground opened in October 2011 and we currently run a Saturday service for the siblings and families of disabled children.  We intend to develop the range of services to include weekends and school holidays. You can book the playground for parties and private functions now.

The playground contains both built and natural play facilities within a secure environment. We encourage free, creative and challenging play for children using the setting. As it is a new site we are looking for ideas to further develop the play opportunities for all children.
