Hampshire ShortBreaks
The short breaks service aims to support families with Disabled children and Young People by providing a befriender or personal assistant for an agreed number of hours each week.
Short Breaks give parents and carers a break from their caring responsibilities and allow children and young people to experience new relationships, environments and positive activities reducing stress and social isolation.
Opening Times: This is a 24 hour service subject to need
Cost of Service: This service is free (excluding the costs of activites and outings)
