Fareham Early Support
Early Support is a government initiative that puts the needs of families with young disabled children first.
It is designed to ensure that all services working for a family with young disabled children are well co-ordinated and responsive to their needs.
As soon as a child is identified as needing additional support, parents and carers need to know what services they can rely on for information and support:
e.g. education, social and health services, and services provided by the voluntary sector.
Opening Times: 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday
Cost of Service: This service is free.
How to Refer: Referals can be made directly to us.
