Volunteer Committee Members

Based at the Fareham Family Centre This is a friendly new group of parents, staff, supporters and volunteers that organise a wide range of events to raise vital funds for KIDS.

Duties include:

Attending fundraising meetings at the Family Centre

Organising a wide range of events from inception - completion

Supporting a variety of fundraising events

Acting as a KIDS Ambassador in the community

Experience and Qualities:

Good communication skills

Committed to the rights of disabled children and young people

Access to your own transport

Experience of fundraising (desirable)

Computer skills (desirable)

Understanding of Health and Safety

Understanding of Equal Opportunities

Hours and Location:

Home based and out in the community with regular meetings at the Fareham Family Centre. May require evening and weekend work. This is very flexible but we do ask for a commitment of eight hours each month.
