Independent Voice Scheme

IVS

The Independent Voice Scheme is a project which supports disabled young people, empowering them to make a difference in the delivery of services they receive.

IVS can help support disabled young people through personal development plans to achieve their aspirations. This could be learning how to travel around town in a safe environment with friends.

IVS can support disabled young people to be involved in commissioning within their local authority.

IVS can support disabled young people to make positive choices, and develop their social skills.

Opening Hours: 09.00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday

Cost of service: This service is free

How to refer: To access IVS parents or young people can call KIDS and make a self referral.
