Out of School Inclusion Support Project

The project supports disabled children with high level of need to access Holiday care, Wrap around provision and before and after school clubs, enabling parents to work, undertake training or take a break.

We provide an additional adult to support the child making sure they enjoy and participate in the activities on offer and keeping them safe.


A summary of the Criteria:
Your child must have a Statement which provides full time support within school or nursery.

If your child attends nursery this is currently 12.5 hours.

If your child attends full time school this is 25 hours.

BUT

If your child does not have full time support but does have additional support during lunch times they may be considered.

We have a multi-agency panel who meet once every half term to make decisions about referrals.

The panel have Terms of Reference and an Appeals process.

Referral forms
Referrals can be made by parents and professionals.

Parents must sign the referral form.

Child Age:  for Children Aged 3 to 11

Opening Times: Anytime, any day.


Cost of Service: The Project does not meet the cost of Childcare.
