Portage Service

 

KIDS Home Learning & Portage is a home visiting educational service for families of pre-school children who have special educational needs or are disabled. The aim of Home Learning & Portage is to support the development of young children's play, communication, relationships and full participation in day-to-day life within the family and wider community.

It is based on the principle that parents play the key role in supporting their young child development.

Opening Times: 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday

Cost of Service: This service is free

How to Refer: Referrals to Portage service are by referral to Hull City Council Portage Service at the Childrens Centre, Walker Street, Hull
