Information and Outreach Advice
KIDS Information and Outreach Advice service is operated by two Information and Outreach Practitioners based at our KIDS Birmingham and KIDS Orchard Centres. KIDS Information and Outreach service provides information and support for parents, carers and professionals.
Our database holds local, regional and national information on services such as support groups, recreational and leisure activities and opportunities, respite care, dietary and healthy living information, and many, many, more.
Often you may need to know something quickly, such as a benefit query, and cannot access information in the library or are unsure who to contact. Call KIDS for a warm welcome, friendly advice and prompt answers. KIDS also run Benefits Check surgeries and offers a mobile information service to partners across the region. Newsletters are also circulated to all service users to provide up to date information on services and events.
You may also feel that there are services / activities / groups that you have used or set up that we could add to our reference library that would be of interest and benefit other parents, carers and professionals. Please share these with us.
