Support Worker – Transitions and Buddy Service
£7.88 per week, plus holiday pay, variable hours

The Position
To provide support to disabled young people aged 13-25 through KIDS group work and Buddy Service. Providing group and one-to-one support for disabled young people aged 16-25 years in their transition to adulthood. Enabling young people to access community leisure opportunities, life skills training to increase confidence and self-esteem. Flexibility is required as the majority of working hours will be evenings and weekends. Applicants should have, or be working towards, a minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification. A car driver is desirable.
