Fixed Term Contract of 12 months, Grade 5, FTE Salary £23,076, 36 hours per week

The Position:

We wish to recruit new member of staff to our team delivering a high quality Home Learning (Portage) service to children under 5 with disabilities / special needs in partnership with their parents. This post includes supporting children’s transition into early years settings.
