Senior Practitioner (Youth Work)

Grade 5, 24 hours per week, FTE Salary £23,076 (including London Weighting)

Fixed Term position

24 hours per week to be worked flexibly across KIDS NDD projects

The Position

Manage enquiries from Local Support Workers (LSW’s) about the inclusion young disabled people in groups of marginalised young people on the programme. Give practical advice and guidance to LSW’s for the benefit of young people either on the programme or wishing to join, supporting them to achieve their potential and to ensure agreed targets and outcomes are met.  Manage sessional staff in the delivery of KIDS’ support package and promote quality inclusive youth work practice.  Manage the administration of records including financial information.
