The Position

To facilitate KIDS STRUT in achieving our vision and strategic objectives through the effective development and management of KIDS STRUT’s charity shops. Through the skilful and effective management of people, resources and budget you will increase sales and profits, while expanding our network of shops.   It is anticipated that the role will focus for the first 6 months primarily on KIDS STRUT’s retail operation in Lincolnshire and then to expanding the chain further afield.

 

Experience in retail management position, and experience of staff management essential.  A clean driving license and access to a vehicle during working hours also essential.
