Sessional Support Worker

£7.88-£9.44 per hour + Holiday pay

The Position

We seek to recruit a number of qualified and unqualified sessional staff and leaders to work throughout the Warwickshire region. You will be working alongside the Project Leader/ Co-ordinator supporting disabled young people and children aged 11- 18 years in accessing locally run Friendship and Participation Groups in a youth club setting. You will enable disabled children and young people aged 11-18 years a smooth transition in to a youth club setting. You will ensure that they have full participation so that they can have a successful placement and an enjoyable experience.

Full training will be provided to ensure disabled children and you people access and participate in all activities and enable a smooth transition. You will be available to assist in a sessional support role, enabling disabled young people aged 11-18 years to access friendship and participation groups in their local community across the Warwickshire County.
