Extended Services Practitioner
Grade 7, Part Time, 30 hours per week, £15,987 (pro rata)
Location: Fareham

The Position
This is a full time position of 36 hours per week. A flexible working pattern is required.
Incorporating the planning and delivering of After School and Saturday clubs (Term time) and summer playschemes.
· To support disabled young people with additional requirements to access an exciting and challenging programme of activities in a safe and stimulating environment.
· To support and collaborate with the Senior Practitioner with the planning and daily running of the scheme.
· Take the lead in certain activities/tasks in line with EYFS.
· Deputise for the Senior Practitioner in their absence supporting and leading the team to continue to provide excellent outcomes for disabled children.
