Home Learning Practitioner (Portage) 18 Hour post
18 hours, Grade 5 FTE Salary £23,076 +£500- £26,228 + £500
The Position
To deliver the Portage early intervention programme for disabled children under 5 years old, mainly working with the birth to 3 age range, in the families homes.
To create a partnership with parents in providing a structured teaching child led play and family support. The children will be mainly under 3 years old.
This post is on a contract with Southwark Children?s Centre until March 2011.
