Hourly rate £7.88-£8.76(plus holiday pay) Up to 37.5 hours over 5 days, flexible for 5 weeks throughout July/August

The Position

We seek to recruit a number of qualified and unqualified sessional inclusion staff to work throughout the Warwickshire region during the summer holidays. You will be working alongside the Project Leader/ Co-ordinator supporting disabled children and young people aged 5- 18 years in accessing locally run inclusive play schemes. You will be part of the mainstream play scheme staff, to enable disabled children and young people aged 5-18 years a smooth transition into a mainstream setting. You will ensure that they have full participation so that they can have a successful placement and an enjoyable experience.

Sessional workers will have the opportunity to commit to a 5 week full time inclusion support role specifically to deliver an inclusive summer playscheme within existing mainstream settings. Full training will be provided to ensure disabled children and young people access and participate in all activities and enable a smooth transition. Additionally you will be available to assist in a sessional support role, enabling disabled young people aged 11-18 years to access friendship and participation groups in their local community across the Warwickshire County.
