Location: Somerset – Taunton & Bridgewater/Yeovil & Frome
The Position
To support the development and administration of the Somerset Participation Project including the compilation of personal records for each child/young person. Act as a point of contact for enquiries from parents, young people and others. Work directly with young disabled people within the Somerset Participation Network project, supporting them to achieve their potential and to ensure agreed targets and outcomes are met. Work alongside sessional staff promoting good practice.
